Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the ListWhiz mobile application ("App") operated by Web Idea Solution ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

Use of the App
  1. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  2. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you may only use the App with parental or legal guardian consent.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Content
  1. The content provided in the App, including but not limited to grocery items, prices, and recommendations, is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
  2. You may create, store, and manage grocery lists using the App. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content in your grocery lists.
  3. We reserve the right to modify or remove any content in the App without prior notice.
Privacy
  1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
  2. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
User Conduct
  1. You agree not to:
    a. Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
    b. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers connected to the App.
    c. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
    d. Use the App to transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
  1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Governing Law
